i played with the color levels in this some to try and give it an edgier grittier feel. please let me know if i overdid/underdid it

not sure how you tweeked your colors - they're vivid and alive. i especially like your perspective of the shot ... probably makes the flowers appear much taller than they actually are.

makes you wanna wade through them, get lost in them, play hide n seek, watch the clouds - good stuff like that.

My 5 cents worth .. is that you did a good job on it .. it could be better.. but its good.

Try doging and burning the background a little, so that you'll really bring out the elements ( like the flowers and the shed )

Using the rule of thirds in composition is always a good way to start . Good on you!

I think you did it just right

It has a quality about it which makes it look like it was taken on film. The colours you've been able to get are beautiful too.

The photo itself is perhaps a bit large for the site though. The zoomed out version is too small and the fullsize is too large to be able to appreciate it all at once

yeah i didnt realize the size issue until after i posted it. will be revising soon. thanks for noticing though. youd be suprised at how nobody mentions it. i know it pisses people off though...
